The Duane game

Last night’s Umphrey’s McGee show was incredible, props to all the folks that made the journey to Higher Ground, it was well worth the ride.

Today, a grand Thursday, with the sun high in the sky, South Station Restaurant is once again making a push to secure a spot in the music world. Rocker Duane Carleton is taking the stage at 5 p.m. This singer-songwriter has been dazzling the Rutland community for years, grinding out shows after show. Duane is an incredible entertainer and a wonderful person.

Please come down and enjoy a great local artist at a new venue for music. I will be bartending so you can say hello, and you can enjoy martinis and munchies in the meantime.

South Station is in need of your support, as the restaurant would love to join the music community permanently and keep hiring local musicians to perform. For city music lovers, you know it’s very important to show support or once again another attempt to bring Rutlanders more music to enjoy will wither away and fail.

We don’t want to be stuck with a run-down movie theater as our entertainment … scary! Come out and have some fun, Duane Carleton at South Station tonight Thursday at 5:00 p.m!
