Matthew Tuscano, widely known about town as "Tusky," grew up on Lake Bomoseen and manages the band Twiddle. Matt also spends many nights in Rutland trolling for live music. With his hands in virtually all aspects of the scene -- from management to booking to merchandise, recruiting, and lugging equipment -- his love of the music business behind the scenes stems from a lifelong love of rocking 'n' rolling.
